Come back to your roots!

Our favorite every-third-year event is back this summer on August 6—complete with a parade, live music, vendors and food in the Pony Park, and plenty of fascinating Pony history.

We’ll be serving beef brisket sandwiches with sides and dessert…for an affordable price…please consider donating a pie to help make the meal especially memorable!

Saturday August 6, 2022

  • 9am Vendor set-up in Pony Park
  • 9:30am-10:30am Parade registration/check-in (no entries after 10:30am)
  • 11am Pony Days Parade
    • Parade entries compete for:
      • Youngest cowboy/cowgirl
      • Best Dressed cowboy/cowgirl
      • Most Unique parade entry
      • Best Business entry
      • Best Antique Car
  • 10am-5pm Activities in Pony Park
    • 10am-5pm Vendors
    • 12-2pm Lunch
    • 12-3pm Music by Honey & Rye
    • 1pm Parade winners announced
    • 1-3:30pm Ice Cream Social at Pony Bible Church
    • 2pm-5pm Raffle drawings
  • 7pm Locals’ Jam Session at Pony Bar

Sunday August 7, 2022

  • 10:30am Church Services in Pony Park followed by Potluck

Volunteers are a big part of Pony Days and are still needed…please join us to help line entries up for the parade, set up vendors in the park, sell meal and raffle tickets, help with tours of our historic properties, or with cleanup after the big event.  

We look forward to seeing you at Pony Days!

Details

This community event is put on by the all-volunteer Pony Homecoming Club (PHC) and it is a fundraiser for the PHC non-profit. Raffle ticket purchases, purchasing lunch and donations are all much appreciated.
We suggest that pets be left at home for the safety and comfort of all. Any dogs (or other pets) present must be leashed at all times and supervised; this is a liability issue and we are obligated to enforce it.
